第一,薄膜具有良好的光谱特性。
第二,镜片具有良好的抗激光损伤特性。
第三,要求镜片镀膜前后的波前畸变能够得到有效控制。
对于高阈值薄膜,我司已金属铪为膜料,针对铪薄膜的特殊性,自主编写了薄膜光谱优化算法和应力计算小程序,所作产品可以满足以上三个条件。
High-Power Laser Thin Films
For thin films used in high-power laser systems, their performance is mainly reflected in three aspects:First, the thin films possess excellent spectral characteristics.Second, the coated lenses have good laser damage resistance.Third, it is required that the wavefront distortion of the lens (both before and after coating) can be effectively controlled.
For high-threshold thin films, our company uses metallic hafnium as the film material. In view of the particularities of hafnium thin films, we have independently developed a thin film spectral optimization algorithm and a stress calculation program. The products we manufacture can fully meet the above three requirements.
